The cost of a real estate transaction includes concessions, closing costs, some repairs, some staging costs, some title fees. All of that out of the net proceeds of the property, and I outlined that for my sellers in a seller net sheet. if we’re talking about concessions, the concession, what includes is the realtor’s commissions that’s negotiable, and also concessions that the seller might be willing to give for repairs or willing to give the buyer a concession for their closing costs.
