I treat everybody like family to me, it’s more than just a transaction and I always value relationships. Because, to me, helping a seller in any given situation is helping them solve a problem. Whether it is moving out of state, families change all the time, family dynamics change, or life situations change. So I try to be there to smooth everything over and help them get to that closing table. And I feel like building that rapport and having that relationship with them, again, treating them like family versus just a transaction has been very strong, has created a very strong relationship with people where I’ve gotten a lot of referrals just for that. My seller’s yeah, Regina she’s understanding, but she’s good. She’s firm and she’s helped us solve a problem. I guess that’s my biggest focus.
