How I Use My Copy:

One of the most fun things that I do with my copy of my Spanish Pick Up Lines book is disrupt Catherine‘s calls with her sisters!

Catherine invariably turns away from her phone on speaker in the kitchen while she is making food.  I like to sneak in, with my Spanish Pick Up Lines and say ‘hello’ and offer one of my dorky pick-up lines!

I get long laughs and occasional eye rolls, which are pretty much just as fun!

Pretty much, every single time I use one of my pickup lines, not only does everyone laugh but I get corrections on my pronunciation and suggestions on how to improve my delivery.

Then I will walk away, and repeat what I have learned from my three native Spanish speakers.

That hits both the emotional engagement. I’m having fun, and repetition because I keep reciting what I have learned after my crash into conversations.

Spanish Pick Up Lines Sections:

Fun Lines:

The fun pick-up lines are more the lines that are jokey, happy, light-hearted, and fun.

These lines are made to keep the mood light and avoid as many possible misunderstandings that will get me, or you slapped as possible!

Think of this chapter as the ‘Easy’ mode.

Dirty Lines:

If we are going to have a misunderstanding that is going to get us slapped, THIS is where it is going to happen!

Delivery is KEY here!

Some dialects of Spanish view things very differently.  For example, if you tell a Cuban woman you want ‘ice cream’ it is likely that she will think you want to take her to a hotel, and not for a sweet treat.  The slang is just different.  So, Gringo beware!

However, this is also where you can have more fun.  Because you can ask things like:

“Are you garbage?” [Which is going to get her attention!  Up to you where it goes from there!]

Then no matter what she responds with, you can say:

“Oh, because I was going to ask if I could take you out.”

Giving her a nice whiplash of offended into humor.

But you can imagine how that would go wrong and get you a hand across your face.  So start with the fun ones, please!

Flirty Lines:

The flirty lines are a little bit more for that ongoing relationship phase.

Granted, some of these are a little racy and might get things going.  So, again, delivery is key, and probably best to know who you are talking to!
