Funny Spanish Pick-Up Lines:

Humor and fun are important, so when we are using funny Spanish pick-up lines, I personally am not looking for a date.
The normal day-to-day grind of our lives can be overwhelming. Work can beat you down. Then money troubles smack you on the head. Add difficult situations that derail us from our goals, moment to moment.
Keeping a sense of humor is sometimes not only the best answer but the best medicine.
Funny Is Healthy:
Smiling, laughing, and good humor are some of the best ways to improve your health.
The adrenal fight-or-flight stress chemical cortisol literally gets into your body from day-to-day living. While it helps us sprint away from that saber-tooth tiger. Cortisol also decreases your immune system and contributes to bad decisions by clouding rational decision-making in your mind. Try reasoning with someone in a fear state, it’s just not going to happen.
Stress can cause headaches, and manifest in dozens of other negative ways.
The Secret:
About a year ago I stumbled onto a book called The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne, which I have listened to several times on Audible. It was originally published as a documentary, which I found on Prime Video, ‘The Secret’. The secret is also in a print version. The Audible version is the one I am most familiar with, and a very soothing listen.
I think it was the fifth chapter that did a really great job of explaining how important laughter and good humor are to healing, recovery, and living a healthy life.
If you boost your good feelings through humor and fun, you will naturally reduce stress. Stress and anxiety degrade your body’s ability to heal. So if you eliminate stress by laughing you create a positive feedback loop in your body. That is the crux of the laughter and fun chapters in The Secret.
So literally, the more you laugh the healthier you can become. That by itself is enough motivation for me to find that as a better way.
