If we’re able to, yes, sometimes there’s things that we’re not able to see the inspector will find. And then, it’s a conversation that a seller. and I will have about what they like to do. Typically, they have three choices when a repair and a repel amendment comes into our table. we could either repair it, we can give a credit towards it, or we can reduce the price depending on what it is.
