A. Time Commitment For Your Sales Professional Interviews:

Interview Time:

We use an online meeting and recording software to capture and share our transcript and video.

The time commitment for the interview itself is targeted at 60-90 minutes.

Typically, each hour of conversation produces between 8,000-11,000 words.  For the print size, we use that which represents a book, in hand, between 80-120pages  with you as our resident sales professional splashed over all the pages, depending on how many pictures you want.

Preparation Time:

Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance!

For preparation, once we fund the project, we will begin producing a list of questions related to your history, credibility building, and then into specific questions, and finally a conclusion.  We want 10-15 industry-related questions after the introduction, which we will share ahead of time.

The more YOU talk like the subject matter expert, the more your cold prospects get to hear your voice and warm themselves up until they turn into warm leads.

Can I Dump Interview Errors?

YES!

You can remove interview errors.

Everyone stumbles and ums & ahs.  We can reduce and remove those filler words.

The goal is to keep as true to your interview as possible, so we can link to it

B. Your Sales Professional Book Publishing Timeline:

We publish through DF Books and fulfill through KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) in both digital and physical book forms.

KDP requires the publisher to place a copyright and an ISBN on books.  That stamps the book under the name of DF Books.

You Receive:

  • Any shorts used to promote your book interview?
  • The digital version of the book is for your own use and distribution.
  • Access to order your book at any time in the future through Amazon,
  • Discounted copies are ordered through DF Books as the publisher.

You receive most of all a book that you can keep for the duration of your career and beyond.  And then you can hang your book alongside the rest of your accolades and place it on all of your professional profiles!

Royalties:

The point of these expert sales books is to demonstrate EXPERT SELLER status through the books so that, for example, depending on your closing rates, for every $25-$75 dollars that you might spend buying books, you collect an additional sale closing and bonus the cost of the entire project back into your pocket!

Individual book royalties are insignificant.  After printing and distribution, royalties are usually between $1-$2.50 per book.  These books are designed as individual calling cards, not for open-market sales.

DF Books:

However, if you have a ‘real estate’ book, and one happens to sell.  Then, from that book, you receive a call and close a home in your area, that commission is YOURS!  DF Books will congratulate you and NOT ask for your high four-figure commission.

Accounting for shares of a $1 book royalty, after you earn your sales professional commission, is not worth our time.
