Hey, do you know anybody who wants to live next door to you? You can choose your neighbor. That’s the strategy that’s been really helping.
I don’t think anybody’s doing this. a lot of agents aren’t calling. We call and we call a lot. To find a buyer.
So let me key on that calling the neighbors because that level of follow-up is, I’m going to use the word, the overused word exceptional, because when I know from my own experience when people in the sales, industry do exceedingly well in the follow-up and the calling process, you’re going to have a vastly different result than someone who’s passive and Is not taking care of their leads and would you mind going in a little bit more to explain how that differentiates you from all the other agents in the area.
