Non-fiction: Biographies, essays, and journalistic articles – all factual information. When I make a book that is for teaching something or for some purpose I typically publish it under Douglas A. Franklin
Poetry: Use rhythmic language and artistic expression to convey emotions, ideas, or experiences. While I have written poetry, it is an extremely rare exercise, and I don’t like the products I produce.
Drama: Scripts written for performance – plays and screenplays. I understand how to write scripts, have read many stories written using dramatic script formatting, and do not typically like the flow.
